The You v You programme explores how the real opponent to change lies within the individual. It is an internal battle which holds us back far more than our environment and other people yet we are quick to use those as excuses to stay where we are.
Our fears, our worry about the future, our sub conscious all play a part in stopping us from looking at ourselves and moving forward. A powerful trigger in any change process is to make understanding of self a priority so that we can be better colleagues as a result. This creates real change, not fake change. Sustainable change which means something to the individual and others.

What makes us tick as explained by neuroscientific insights into human behaviour.
• Acceptance of who and where we are.
Until we accept ourselves, there is no option to change. Lack of acceptance is denial and that will continue to hold us back.
• Action.
What can we do to create sustainable change in ourselves. What meaningful changes can we make to our behaviours as a result of this understanding.
