Simple & effective model.
The model sets out the importance of vision and belief as taking first place on the leadership podium, with second place going to relationships. Third place goes to the mechanics of how the organisation works, often mistakenly being given first place in how we run our businesses. The future lies in creating rules that allow people to be the best asset they can for any organisation, not creating rules which don’t fit with the vision. Its time to really turn the approach to company structures on its head. Get first and second place right and third will follow.
