Perception and perspective - The role of visual attention and unconscious bias.

We can take how we see the external world for granted. Reality can often be very different. Quantum physics can help us understand our external connection with our environment but we also need to look at how we process our perceptions internally. For example how we process sight gives us wonderful insight into the creatures we are as human beings. From an early age what we see we learn. Where we put our visual attention can hugely affect our perception and can take us into the world of unconscious bias. Often we do a good job of fooling ourselves in how we see the world. Time to understand more.

About the author...

Victoria believes that the problems we face today are inseparable from who we are and the decisions that our brain makes for us without us even realising. Victoria works with her clients to help them understand themselves and the different behaviours that result from their brain and body intelligence systems. She advocates moving away from what you know to who you are as a person.
