Make Sense Ltd was founded in 2015 by Clive Hyland who became fascinated by the application of neuroscience to human performance in the workplace. Its aim and purpose is to be a thought leader in the field of human performance through promoting linking legal, people and cultural excellence. All its work is underpinned by law, science and data, putting it at the leading edge of providers in this area and unique in its approach.
Its methodology centres on “powerful simplicity” delivered through a suite of contextual business and personal performance frameworks which support organisations to address strategic development needs whilst recognising the importance of understanding and supporting Humans at Work.
