Life Experience.
Victoria's focus is to help clients secure performance not just compliance. This means combining employment law with human performance in order to encourage change through people, rather than imposing change on people.
Victoria is dedicated to providing practical and useful employment law support to clients. She dislikes jargon and overcomplication of process. Victoria guides her clients through legal solutions so that they can achieve their desired outcomes whilst being senstive to the people consequencs of any action.
In terms of HR and training, Victoria provides her clients with a new evidence-based perspective on how the brain operates and its systems, processes, strengths and limitations.
Victoria believes that the problems we face today in the workplace are inseparable from who we are and the decisions that our brain makes for us without us even realising. Victoria works with her clients to help them understand themselves and the different behaviours that result from their brain and body intelligence systems. She advocates that leadership today is managing minds and brains, moving away from what you know to who you are as a person and what drives you. Victoria encourages leaders to be courageous and understand the impact that they have on their organisations so that the value they brings goes beyond strategies and projects to inspiring collaboration.
Victoria's coaching shows her passion for working with people to unlock their potential by taking responsibly to change their life through understanding themselves better. Victoria believes that any change must start with the individual and she uses neuroscientific insights and her life experience to help people on a fascinating journey of self-discovery which can see them succeed in their personal life and at work. She has been able to turn that wealth of people experience into a positive force in her life and that of her clients, both at a personal level and through leadership teams.
"Victoria is very knowledgeable and passionate regarding the subject matter of people and their behaviours. I thought the session she delivered had the right level of theory combined with discussion on what it means in practice. She had a real knack at getting everyone to be really open and honest”.
